Aerospace Education and

Industry Partnership Day (AEIP)

Aerospace requires a highly educated and skilled workforce. Our future workforce is currently in our schools classrooms. The OAA leadership committed in 2008 to engage our classroom teachers and counselors with the purpose of promoting science, technology, engineering, and math with aerospace applications as early as the 3^rd grade. To date more than 340 teachers have attended this event. They become Aerospace Fellows and act as a force multiplier for getting our message to Oklahoma’s students.

Fellows are provide with curriculum and training necessary to implement aerospace STEM applications. Grants are made available to further enhance the learning.

AEIP is a proactive engagement with education for the purpose of creating a better tomorrow.

The Journal Record is circulated in the Tulsa and OKC metro areas. The Journal Record is producing the Summit 2012 Program and will distribute the Summit 2012 Program containing your ad in an edition of the Journal Record prior to the Summit.
