Founder MJ Betzold is a Certified Usability Analyst. She created the company in 2007 and after a successful pilot started marketing the product in the Summer of 2009. As a solutions-oriented consultant with 18+ years experience in implementing executive business goals and technological solutions, MJ has managed multiple development projects and large teams for corporations such as Dow Jones, Best Buy, 3M, U.S. Bank, Sprint, Dannon and Ford Motor Company. Her expertise includes web strategy, usability, development and implementation; information management and architecture; and web measurement, analytics, tools and techniques.
