WCS Quality Registrars is a division of World Certification Services Ltd. which was formed in 1993 in order to supply impartial third party assessment and certification services to businesses of all sizes. In January 2009 WCS Quality Registrars formally opened their U.S. Central Region office in Tulsa Oklahoma giving companies access to highly qualified local auditors and local management of their ISO 9001 and AS 9100 certification.

WCS Quality Registrars is accredited by both ANAB and UKAS to perform registration and certification activities for ISO 9001 and AS 9100. WCS only employs full time Lead Auditors and does not use sub-contract auditors which greatly increases the level of service before, during, and after the audit.
