Our collective project management expertise includes projects large and small, domestic and international in scope, involving multi-vendor and multi-system solutions with capital expenditure budgets exceeding well over $100 million.

The Persimmon Group provides business consulting, strategic planning, executive coaching, leadership training and project management services. We are a Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) with the Project Management Institute (PMI), offering Professional Development Units (PDU's) for all PM training and development.
