Shipley is known for helping companies win business through effective capture management, proposal development, and sales training. Founded in 1972, Shipley has over 140 consultants that work with clients on proposals to government, government prime contractors and commercial customers.

Shipley Associates is a division of Logistic Specialties, Inc. (LSI). Shipley is a full service consulting, training, and proposal development company established in 1972 by a group of former U.S. Air Force career logisticians, pilots, aircraft maintenance experts, and industry supply chain specialists.

Corporate headquarters are in Layton, Utah, south of Hill Air Force Base and the Ogden Air Logistics Center. Today, we have strategically located offices and personnel throughout the United States to provide maximum on site coverage at every major DOD aerospace procurement center.

Shipley operates the Oklahoma Center for Aerospace Supplier Quality (CASQ). Under CASQ, Shipley teams with the Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network (OBAN) and the Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance. CASQ provides, at no cost, expert one-on-one consulting to achieve contract awards and approved supplier certifications for Oklahoma companies.

LSI Government Services Division provides Government agencies with support on maintenance, logistics, ground support services, and staff augmentation contracts to support key missions.
