Founded in March of 2002 by Edward E Johnston as a specialty contractor, fabricator, and consultant specializing in aviation test facilities. Incorporated former companies of J+J Metalfab, a test cell parts fabricator founded in 1983, and EMS Enterprises, an acoustical pillow and panel fabricator founded in 1977.

Design, consulting, steel and metal fabrication. Acoustical panel, pillow, door and window fabrication. New construction, refurbishment, repair, maintenance, and modifications.
