We must proactively pursue our customers' future needs and then design, develop and implement solutions in support of those needs.

FlightSafety International was founded in 1951 by Mr. Albert L. (Al) Ueltschi in the historic Marine Air Terminal at LaGuardia Airport, New York, where it remains today. With approximately 40 learning centers established since its beginning, FlightSafety is continuing to thrive as the world's largest commercial aviation training organization.

The technology and equipment that supply both FlightSafety's learning centers and other civil and government aviation training organizations is headquartered in Broken Arrow, OK at FlightSafety International's Simulation group. This group, formerly known as Atkins and Merrill, was acquired by FlightSafety International in 1978 to ensure a competitive advantage for FlightSafety's training through the highest quality training tools. The FlightSafety International group now includes FlightSafety Visual Simulation Systems in St. Louis, MO and FlightSafety Displays in Austin, TX.
