Edge-Dynamic Human Solutions, Inc. was formed in July 2004 and eventually incorporated in July of 2006. Edge-Dynamic Human Solutions, Inc. originally targeted the Engineering industry, growing into the Energy/Power and Information Technology industries and eventually providing services in the Finance & Accounting industry.

The team at Edge is comprised of industry specialists having over 40 years of combined knowledge with 72% of our employees holding a Bachelors of Arts degree or higher. The team is led by two partners with staffing industry experience including the Engineering, IT, Finance & Accounting, Clerical and Human Resource verticals. We are not a heavy sales driven service, with over 92% of all productivity focused on recruiting through our Regional Recruiting Centers located in Orlando (Longwood), Atlanta (Marietta) and Southern California (Ladera Ranch). Edge Technical Recruiters are divided into specialty areas associated with their strength.
