The mission of the Authority is to grow the area economy through the retention and expansion of existing industry, attraction of new industry, and start-up of entrepreneurial companies.

Formed in 1964, the Ardmore Development Authority is the first Public Trust Authority devoted to economic development in Oklahoma.

The Authority is a full scale one stop developer that owns four industrial parks totalling 3,500 acres; 3 million square feet of buildings inclucing hangars, manufacturing, warehouse, office, R&D and flex facilities. In addition to land development, the Authority also offers a unique build-to-suit program.
