Cisco-Eagle was founded with the incorporation of Cisco Material Handling in 1953, in Dallas, Texas, followed by Eagle Material Handling in Tulsa, Oklahoma in in 1970. The companies were united in common ownership in 1985, and merged into Cisco-Eagle in 1995.

Cisco-Eagle provides solutions for the movement, storage, retrieval, control and protection of materials and products throughout their manufacture, distribution, consumption and disposal.
