The Center for Competitive Change provides educational performance-based, lean learning events that help organizations become successfully positioned for getting to the future first. Through a learning event model, we help companies assess, develop, and implement world-class lean transformation. We will achieve this position by maintaining extensive, top value learning events (training) and performance accelerator programs (services).
26+ years of teaching, supporting and helping clients achieve business and organizational excellence. Clients range from F-100 corporations & government agencies such as GE, DoD, Air Force Research Labs, Tinker AFB to less than 75 employees as in Teldyne, TE-CO. Our team of Subject Level Experts come from business, manufacturing, healthcare and bank/finance where each have lead, implemented and used lean or six sigma tools in accomplishing their goals.
