Start January 2004. Market refined petroleum products primarily asphalt and industrial fuels. AFS purchased the Reilly coal tar refinery located in Lone Star, TX in September 2007. We manufacture a coal tar based runway sealer, pipe coatings, pitch, etc.
Transportion via truck, rail or barge. Custom blending of petroleum based asphalt and fuel oils. Manufacture finished petroleum and coal tar based products that include sealers, adhesives, pipe coatings, etc..
