The mission of the Oklahoma Aerospace Alliance, OAA, is to provide a venue for Oklahoma aerospace companies to network, discuss what is needed to make Oklahoma a good place for existing and new aerospace companies to thrive and grow, and to communicate with each other, government, education and training, and the global aerospace industry. Private sector funding and staff support provided by SpiritBank, the vision and talent of many of the state’s aerospace leaders, the commitment to support OAA efforts from chambers, state organizations and city governments, all serve to position OAA to be successful in meeting the objectives of its mission.

Oklahoma’s long tradition of leadership in aviation, in combination with its central location at the “Crossroads of America” and its integrated and synergistic industry, government, and education partnerships provides an ideal environment and competitive advantages for aviation and aerospace industries of all sizes.

Oklahoma’s aerospace cluster has grown by leveraging Oklahoma’s pioneering spirit, quality of life, business-friendly environment, the strong work ethic of its skilled and credentialed workforce, and its network of government and education resources. The Oklahoma Aerospace Alliance is committed to supporting the growth of Oklahoma’s aerospace industry.

In the coming months, OAA will be convening a series of meetings in the state that are designed to provide a focus and rallying point for Oklahoma’s aerospace companies. The Alliance will tailor its mission and objectives to meet the needs of industry and reflect the common goals partnerships developed in the process.
